中国“四书”之一，是东方文化中道德的最高标准。正如这张餐桌，左右对称的桌脚极尽平衡，桌脚呈沙漏状，寓意和家人共度的时光，而这种时光又如两个完全对称的桌脚一样，一个寓意前人的老去，一个寓意后人的成长，而这种平衡的哲学，正是中庸。
